Feladatok

• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve L2 technical issues for customers, providing timely, effective solutions to enhance their experience
• AI Revolution Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the AI Revolution project, advancing AI initiatives and transforming the company’s technological landscape
• Pattern Recognition in Customer Issues: Analyze and identify patterns in customer issues, using AI to anticipate and preempt potential problems, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and retention
• Invoice and Payment Assistance: Support users with invoice and payment-related questions, coordinating with the Finance team as needed to ensure accurate and efficient resolutions

Elvárások

• Fluency in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken), essential for effectively serving our international clientele
• Proven experience in L2 customer support
• Expertise in software support
